Reservations and Payments
By making a reservation, the client confirms their payment and accepts that refunds are strictly subject to the policies described below. No refunds will be guaranteed outside of these conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund, minus a 1–5% administrative fee.
If an activity is canceled due to weather conditions, the client will be notified in advance and may choose to reschedule the activity or request a refund depending on the activity.
For medical reasons, if an official medical receipt or certificate is provided, the agency may evaluate granting a full refund without additional charges.
Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability.
It is recommended to request them at least 48 hours in advance.
In exceptional cases, changes may be reviewed up to 12 hours before the activity; however, availability is not guaranteed.
Punctuality
The client must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.
Failure to do so may result in the loss of the service without the right to a refund.
Please note that at each meeting point there will be a representative who will confirm whether the client arrived late or did not arrive at all, ensuring the agency is kept informed.
Modifications by the Agency
Vallarta To Explore may modify or cancel activities due to weather conditions, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, the client may reschedule or request the corresponding full refund.
Activity Requirements
Some activities have specific requirements (age, health conditions, physical ability) that the client must meet.
The agency is not responsible if the client does not meet these requirements, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
Client Conduct
Proper behavior is expected during all activities.
The agency reserves the right to cancel the service without refund in cases of inappropriate behavior that affects other participants or staff.
Responsibility During the Tour and Additional Costs
Vallarta To Explore guarantees that all booked activities will be carried out safely and as described, ensuring the client fully enjoys the reserved experience.
Each client is covered by a protection insurance, which they may claim directly from the corresponding insurance company in case of an accident.
In some activities, this insurance must be paid separately.
During the tour, staff members or third parties may offer additional services (activities, food, beverages, souvenirs, etc.).
These extra costs are not the responsibility of Vallarta To Explore.
Any mandatory additional charges (taxes, insurance fees, protected-area access) will be communicated in advance.
Any expense not previously communicated will be the client's responsibility.
Clients are encouraged to ask before paying for any extras, as no additional payment is mandatory unless the client voluntarily accepts it.
Such vendors may include street sellers, waiters, or, in some cases, staff members offering activities not included in the originally booked tour.
Registered Agency
Vallarta To Explore is a legally registered agency in full compliance with all regulations.
The client has the right to request information and verify our legitimacy at any time.
