Los Veranos Canopy Tour is located in Las Juntas y Los Veranos, deep in the Sierra Madre Mountains, about 40 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Along the way, you’ll enjoy scenic views and pass through charming local villages.
🧗 How physically demanding is the zipline activity?
It involves a moderate amount of walking between ziplines on uneven terrain and dirt trails. Most participants find it manageable — guides provide assistance throughout the route.
👨‍👩‍👧 Can someone who doesn’t want to zipline still enjoy the tour?
Yes! Guests who prefer not to zipline can book a transportation-only option to enjoy the property and riverside facilities. The area offers beautiful jungle scenery next to the Horcones River.
👕 What should I bring, and will I get dirty?
Wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and insect repellent. Bring a swimsuit and towel if you’d like to swim in the river (subject to weather conditions). During the rainy season, swimming may be restricted for safety reasons.
🌊 Will I get wet?
Not necessarily — unless it rains or you choose to swim in the river. The canopy course itself remains dry in most weather conditions.
🔒 Are lockers available?
Yes, complimentary lockers are available to safely store your belongings while you enjoy your adventure.
🍴 Are food and drinks included?
Food and drinks are not included, but you can enjoy a full-service restaurant and bar on-site offering a delicious à la carte menu.
📷 Can I bring a camera or phone?
For safety reasons, cameras and phones are not recommended during the ziplines. If you bring one, it must be secured with a wrist strap. Professional photo and video packages are available for purchase at the end.
💧 Are there water stations along the tour?
Yes, water stations are located throughout the activity to help you stay hydrated.
🤰 Can I participate if I’m pregnant?
Unfortunately, this activity is not suitable for pregnant women due to safety regulations.
👶 What is the minimum age requirement?
The minimum age is 5 years old. For younger kids, we recommend the EDENVA Zipline Park, which features a special circuit designed for children.
⚖️ What is the maximum weight limit?
The maximum allowed weight is 129 kg (285 lbs).
🌧️ Does the tour operate if it rains?
Yes, the canopy tour runs even in light rain 🌧️ — only electrical storms may cause temporary delays or cancellations for safety.
