CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations requested at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund with no additional fees.

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the activity are non-refundable.

Date changes are subject to availability. It is recommended to request them at least 48 hours in advance, and in exceptional cases, up to 12 hours before the activity.

In case of weather-related cancellations, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

For medical reasons, if a medical receipt or certificate is presented, a full refund may be evaluated.
