📍 Where is the tour and how do I get there?
Outdoor Adventure takes place in an exclusive nature reserve located in the heart of the Sierra Madre, approximately 10 km south of Puerto Vallarta.

To get there, you’ll cross the bay on an exciting speedboat ride to Boca de Tomatlán, continue in a Unimog truck to the base camp, and finish with a 25-minute mule ride to the first zipline.

Full instructions are provided at the start — no experience needed. Private tours are available on request, just contact our Adventure Advisors team.
🏔️ Is the tour challenging?
Yes! This adventure requires a moderate level of physical activity. Participants should be in good shape and able to walk uphill for around 30 minutes and climb a 6-meter ladder.
💦 Will I get wet or dirty?
Definitely! You’ll rappel beside a waterfall and hike through natural trails, so expect to get a little wet and dirty — it’s part of the adventure!
👕 What should I wear?
We recommend wearing shorts or long pants, a T-shirt, and closed-toe shoes. Bring a change of clothes and shoes for after the tour. Lockers are available at the base camp for your belongings.
📸 Can I bring my camera?
For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed during the tour. Our professional photographers will capture the best moments, and you can purchase your photos at the end.
⚠️ Are there any restrictions?
  • Maximum weight: 118 kg / 260 lbs
  • Minimum age: 8 years (minimum height 1.2 m)
  • Not allowed for pregnant women
  • Not recommended for guests with heart, neck, back, or knee issues, vertigo, or epilepsy
