• Check-in: Arrive at the office 45 minutes before departure.
• Age: Minimum 12 years / Maximum 65 years.
• Hidden Beach access: Limited to 15–20 min per federal regulations; not guaranteed and subject to permits, quotas and sea conditions.
• Physical condition: Must be able to swim approx. 60 m (200 ft) from the boat to the beach (distance may vary depending on the swell).
• Conservation fee: $180 MXN per person payable at check-in. No sunscreen allowed, not even biodegradable, before entering the water.
• Mandatory gear: Life jacket and helmet must be used to cross the rocky passage.
• Drones: Prohibited by National Park regulations.
• Not suitable for: Pregnant women; people with back, neck, heart, balance or vertigo issues.
• Operation subject to weather and tide: For safety, the itinerary may be adjusted on the same day.
