No, the electric bikes are easy to use and suitable for beginners. Your guide will give you a short safety briefing before starting the ride.

The minimum age is 8 years old, always accompanied by a responsible adult.
😅 Is the ride difficult or tiring?
Thanks to the electric motor, climbing hills is easy! The route is designed so you can enjoy the landscapes without too much effort.

🍴 Are meals or snacks included?
You can bring light snacks if you wish; some routes include scenic stops. The tour does not include meals, but we visit Rancho Mi Abuelo, a mountain restaurant with beautiful natural river pools.
🌧️ Does the tour operate in case of rain?
The tour runs in light rain. If weather conditions become unsafe, you may reschedule or request a full refund at no extra cost. Guests will be notified in advance if necessary.
📍 Where is the meeting and return point?
The tour departs from our E-Bike offices in Nuevo Vallarta or Marina Vallarta, depending on your reservation. The ride ends back at the E-Bike office in Puerto Vallarta.
👶🚲 Can I bring small children in a seat or trailer?
Yes! Child seats are available upon request. Please notify us in advance, as it’s a special requirement (no extra charge).
⏱️ How long is the ride?
Approximately 4 hours, including scenic stops for photos and time to enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains and the city.
