Children can join from 3 years old using a special child seat. To ride an electric bike, you must be at least 12 years old and always accompanied by an adult.
🚲 Do I need previous experience with electric bikes?
No previous experience is required. Before you start, our team will give you a quick safety briefing and practical riding tips so you can enjoy your ride confidently.
👥 Can I go solo or with a group?
Rentals are flexible — you can go solo, as a couple, or with a group. Enjoy the freedom to explore the city, mountains, or beaches at your own pace.
⏱ How long does the rental last?
The minimum rental is 2 hours, but you can extend it as needed. Available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

You can explore the city, beaches, or mountains freely. You’ll receive a map with suggested routes and local recommendations to make the most of your adventure.
🎒 What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, closed shoes, hat or cap, biodegradable sunscreen, camera, extra cash, and a small backpack. A helmet is included.
🛠 Are electric bikes safe?
Yes, all our bikes are high-performance, regularly inspected, and come with a helmet, lock, and repair kit. We also provide technical assistance in case of any issues during your ride.
🚌 Where and when do I pick up the bike?
Pick up your electric bike at the Los Veranos E-Bike Office at your chosen time and return it once your rental period is over.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice: full refund (minus a 1–5% administrative fee).
Less than 48 hours: non-refundable.
Date changes: subject to availability; preferably requested 48 hours in advance (in exceptional cases, up to 12 hours before the activity).
Weather: if the activity is canceled, you may reschedule or request a refund depending on the activity.
Medical reasons: with a medical receipt or certificate, a refund may be evaluated.
