No prior experience is needed. Our team provides a full safety briefing and riding tips before you start your adventure.
👥 Can I go solo or with a group?
You can ride solo, with a partner, or as part of a group. The experience is flexible — explore the city, beach, or mountains entirely at your own pace.
⏱ How long does the tour last?
The tour lasts approximately 12 hours — from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM — giving you complete freedom to explore Puerto Vallarta your way.

You can ride along the beach, boardwalk, mountains, or through town. A map with suggested routes and local tips is provided so you can make the most of your full-day ride.
🎒 What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, a hat or cap, biodegradable sunscreen, a camera, extra cash, and a light backpack. Helmet included.
🛠 Are the electric bikes safe?
Yes! Our bikes are high-performance and regularly maintained. Each one comes with a helmet, lock, and basic repair kit. Technical assistance is available at any time during your rental.
🚌 Where and when do I pick up my bike?
Pick up your bike at the Los Veranos E-Bike Office at 8:00 AM and return it no later than 8:00 PM the same day.
