🏞️ What is “Los Arcos de Mismaloya”?
Los Arcos de Mismaloya is a protected marine reserve made up of large rock formations rising from the ocean, creating natural caves and tunnels—an ideal spot for snorkeling and exploring marine life.
🏊♂️ Do I need to know how to swim?
Life jackets are provided for everyone, but basic swimming skills are recommended. Some areas have light currents and rocks; the most important thing is to stay calm and enjoy the experience in the water.
🌴 Will we visit Los Arcos, Las Ánimas & Quimixto?
Yes! You’ll snorkel at Los Arcos and enjoy lunch at Las Ánimas Beach. Visiting Quimixto is optional: you’ll take a scenic 45-minute walk to the waterfall, followed by a short 35-minute break at a local restaurant. Good physical condition is recommended for this part of the tour.
🍹 Are drinks included at the Las Ánimas restaurant?
Onboard the catamaran, drinks are completely included. However, at the Las Ánimas beach restaurant, any additional food or drinks are at your own expense—supporting the local community and small businesses.
🤰 Can I join the tour if I’m pregnant?
For the safety of both mother and baby, we kindly ask pregnant guests not to participate in this activity. Our priority is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
