Terms and Conditions – Vallarta To Explore
Registered Agency
Vallarta To Explore is a legally registered agency in full compliance with its obligations. Customers have the right to question and verify our legitimacy at any time.
Reservations and Payments
By making a reservation, the customer confirms payment and accepts that no refunds will be issued, unless the agency cancels the activity for reasons beyond the customer's control.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled activity.
Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Date Changes
Customers may request a change of date up to 12 hours before the activity, subject to availability.
Punctuality
Customers must arrive on time at the agreed place and hour. Failure to do so may result in loss of service without refund.
Modifications by the Agency
Vallarta To Explore may modify or cancel activities due to weather conditions, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer may reschedule or request a refund.
Activity Requirements
Some activities have specific requirements (age, health condition, physical ability) that the customer must meet. The agency is not responsible if the customer fails to comply with these requirements.
Customer Conduct
Proper behavior is expected during activities. The agency reserves the right to cancel the service without refund in cases of misconduct that affect other participants or staff.
Responsibility for the Tour and Additional Costs:
Vallarta To Explore guarantees that the tours booked with the agency will be carried out in a truthful and secure manner, ensuring that the client effectively enjoys the reserved activity and avoiding any fraud or scam. In addition, each client is covered by an insurance policy, which they are entitled to claim directly with the insurance company in case of an accident.
During the tour, staff members or third parties may offer additional activities, food, drinks, or other services. These extra costs are not the responsibility of Vallarta To Explore. Whenever there is any mandatory additional charge (for example, port taxes or access to protected areas), the agency will inform the client in advance. Any other expense not previously communicated will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Clients are strongly advised to pay close attention to the guides' instructions and always ask before paying for any extras, as it is never mandatory to make an additional payment unless the client agrees to the seller's terms. Such sellers may include beach vendors, waiters, or, on occasion, even a member of the staff.
