Customer Safety and Responsibility:

All our tours and activities are operated by authorized providers and comply with regulations established by the Harbor Master, SEMARNAT, and local authorities.
Each tour includes life and liability insurance for every passenger, provided that the information given at the time of booking is truthful and complete.

Important:
Prices vary according to age due to operational and insurance coverage reasons. If the customer provides incorrect information (e.g., purchasing a child ticket for someone older), life insurance may not apply, and the contractual coverage becomes invalid.

Booking with false, incomplete, or inaccurate information poses a personal risk and violates the terms of legitimate operation.

Remember: your safety and that of your companions is worth more than saving a few pesos. Always provide accurate information so we can guarantee a safe, reliable, and well-protected experience.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours in advance will receive a refund of the total amount, minus a 5% administrative fee.
Date changes are subject to availability.
In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, the customer will be notified in advance and may choose to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund with no extra charges.
